jump rope!

mom came w me to the gym today!
i got her started on nike+ipod too. i’m so excited. it’s makes running so fun i just wanna spread the love around haha

anw, cos our gym only has 2 treadmills and someone else was using the other, i did jump rope skips today :P smart me had good foresight to bring my rope along hee :P

set 1
x1000 jump rope skips
6 roll-ups, 20 crunches, 20 reverse crunches, 10 leg lifts, 20 bicycle crunches, 20 crunches, 6 roll-ups

set 2
x1000 jump rope skips
20 squat with leg abduction, 20 plie squats, 20 alternate forward lunges, 20 curtsy lunges, 20 cross body leg lifts, 40 alternate single leg straight leg deadlifts

okies shall go study now..eopt in 9hrs!!
