45 min hill intervals! 6.2km/h-> 8.5km/h

work out
set 1:
20 crunches, 20 reverse crunches, 20 bicycle crunches
20 overhead biceps lifts, 20 triceps lift, 20 deltoids lift, 20 biceps curls x2
20 squat side kicks, 20 squats, 20 forward lunges x2, 20 single straight leg deadlifts x2

set 2:
30 crunches, 20 reverse crunches, 20 bicycle crunches
20 overhead biceps lifts, 20 triceps lift, 20 deltoids lift, 20 biceps curls x2
20 squat side kicks, 20 squats, 20 forward lunges x2, 20 single straight leg deadlifts x2

set 3:
30 crunches, 20 reverse crunches, 20 bicycle crunches
20 overhead biceps lifts, 20 triceps lift, 20 deltoids lift, 20 biceps curls x2
(almost felt too lazy to complete this last set of leg workouts!) ->20 squat side kicks, 20 squats, 20 forward lunges x2, 20 single straight leg deadlifts x2..but i did forced myself to do it haha :D

+ messed around with some side crunches..wads the best way to work those obliques??

if only i could spend all day thinking abt how to work different muscle groups..that would be awesome…but oh wells, it’s 12.30 midnight alr..and i havent really studied yet!!! :S
