1. madhouse scramble!! (x2 trial, followed by 5 sets within 15 seconds rest intervals)
2. cardio interval
did high intensity tabata intervals 20 sec each, with 10 secs in between in succession
(only made it to butt kicks and i couldnt take the intensity anymore!)
wooa..these 2 workouts made my heart beat so hard, i swear it was practically gonna jump outta my chest!
felt quite sick after that..but i think it’s cos i totally overate today, oily, fatty, sugary. trying to detox now..with hot water and an apple :)
