7k pace run!

day 2 of my asics plan- 7k pace run!

ascis plan 7k pace run. started to feel tired at exactly half way through..was the back muscles esp! have to work on strengthening those!

measured my weight gain..an increase of 1kg from what i last wrote abt yest. HORRORS :/ but at the rate i’m eating…sighhh

after i got home, i hate 3 packets of oreos, and then after my run i snacked on sugar coated sotong thingys. ate quite a bit for dinner, and know i’m thinking of my nice cold yoghurt sitting in the fridge…ahhhh
