think i’m getting tired….

decided to review how i've been doing..my conclusion is...i'm getting fatigued! :/ my pace running a wk ago, on 16/2/11 for 7k was 6:47, prob best i've ever done. today i did pace running again, only 4.8km and my pace was significantly worse..7:21!! shorter distance, but slower pace! :/ other conclusion is that the first pace run was prob not a hill interval? but i really cant rmb..shall start noting it all down under the run details!
